How do I use my discount code?

If you have a discount code it can be applied upon checkout. You will see the discount field to the right of the section where you enter your shipping address.

Once you enter and apply your discount code it will immediately deduct the value of that discount from your order.

For those with 100% discounts, if your shopping cart total equals $0.00 after applying your discount code, you will also receive free shipping on your order (because at OpenStack, we believe “free” should mean free)..



Can I return a product that doesn't fit? Absolutely! We'll gladly accept a return for refund or exchange on any unused merchandise. Follow the instructions below (Return Policy).

When can I expect my order? All orders are shipped from our warehouse the very next day, Monday through Thursday. & orders placed on Friday will ship Monday. Purchases shipped anywhere in the continental United States will arrive within 1 to 7 business days (depending on shipping location - via ground transportation). Orders being shipped outside of the United States generally arrive within 2-3 weeks of the order date.

What methods of payment do you accept? We happily accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Our Swag is made of the highest quality materials and we stand behind everything we sell. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly take it back for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping/tax) within 30 days of purchase.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original package with all tags attached and intact. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number (see below for obtaining a RA#)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you, via email, within 2 business days on the status of your return.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number

Please contact us at via email shop@openstack.com or call us +1 919.234.0814 for obtaining your RA#. Please have receipt# listed and reason for return. Also include if you would like a refund or exchange.

Returning your item

We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

To return or exchange your product:

  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase.
  • Package must be marked with the Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
